Here’s what it looks like to work with me from first email to final gallery.

1. Inquiry & Consultation

First things first: say hi! You can fill out the inquiry form on my website and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours. I’ll confirm my availability, send over my wedding pricing guide, and schedule a phone consultation. This is a fun and relaxed time for us to chat about your love story, your vision, and how I can serve you best.

2. Booking & Planning

Once you say “yes” to DMP, I’ll send over a contract and retainer invoice to make things official. Then the fun begins! You’ll get my Engagement Session Prep Guide with location suggestions like my favorite spots in downtown Birmingham or the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, and we’ll start planning your session and building out your wedding day portrait timeline. We’re officially besties now – YAY!

3. Engagement Session

This is one of my favorite parts. Your engagement session is a chance for us to get to know each other, shake off those “what do I do with my hands” nerves, and create beautiful images that feel like you. I’ll help you pick the perfect location, outfits, and even the best time of day for dreamy light.

4. Final Details

A month before your Alabama wedding, we’ll touch base to confirm the timeline, family formal list, and any last-minute details. I’ll also share tips to help you feel relaxed and confident heading into the day. You’ll never feel like you’re navigating this alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

5. Wedding Day

This is where the magic happens. I’ll be there capturing the big moments and all the little ones in between – the laughter, the happy tears, the dance floor twirls. With nearly a decade of experience, I know how to be in the right place at the right time so you can soak in every second.

6. Gallery Delivery

You’ll get a sneak peek gallery the Tuesday after your wedding, so you can relive a few favorite moments while the day is still fresh. Then, within 8 weeks, you’ll receive your full online gallery to relive your day and share with family and friends. We’ll also talk about albums or prints if that’s something you’re interested in because your story deserves to live beyond a screen.
