The Proposal | Sarah Margaret & Chance

One day I received an email from Mrs. Freeman inquiring about a family session & my immediate thought was 'Is Chance going to propose?' But after consulting his sister, who happens to be a best friend, she said no.

A few weeks go by & Mrs. Freeman wants to talk & go over location details for their upcoming session. Perfect. And that's when I discovered that at the end of their family session a proposal would take place!

***Insert little girl screams***

Chance texted me - letting me know that he was on his way. And that's when I began to shake. SM's life was about to completely change & she had absolutely no idea!

SM's knight in shining armor came riding up on horse back! *Insert every girl's dream!!!

SHE SAID YES!!!

So excited to capture their wedding day this Saturday, 11/19/16!

Ring created by Lou's Jewelry in Mobile, Alabama.

Holly | Bridals

Bridal sessions - it's a love/hate relationship. They are normally taken a month out from the wedding date & are kept secret until then. And that's just not fair. Not one bit.

Holly's session was breathtaking. We decided upon using their wedding venue, Mobile Botanical Gardens, as the backdrop & it was perfect.

The Timeless Bride redesigned Holly's mother's dress from the eighties. Isn't that incredible?!

Congrats Mrs. Nelson! More from their wedding day coming soon!

The Galloways | October 1st, 2016

Natalie & Ryan gathered, along with family & friends, on the first Saturday in October to celebrate their wedding day.

Natalie & her girls got ready on St. George Island in a cozy beach cottage which made for a nice relaxed setting for hair & makeup.

The ceremony took place at Lafayette Park in Apalachicola, Florida.

The couple shared their vows underneath a gorgeous oak laced with Spanish moss.

The celebration continued with dancing & cake of course over at Rivercrest Lodge in Apalachicola, Florida.

The Rivers | August 13th, 2016

Tabbata & Josh were married on Saturday, August 13th, 2016. Tabbata & her girls got ready in The Admiral Hotel located in downtown Mobile. We'd later return to celebrate the newlyweds for their reception in the grand ballroom.

Isn't she a stunning bride?!

The City Church in Mobile served as the backdrop for their wedding ceremony.

They had such a fun bridal party! And dealt with a typical Mobile afternoon shower like champs!

Normally, I am dragging laughter out of people. But not these two, I couldn't get them to stop! And I LOVED IT!

Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Rivers! Thanks for allowing DMP to be a part of your day!

The Allens | July 16th, 2016

Sara & Ryan got married on Saturday, July 16th, 2016 at the Robertson Barn in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

True to Steel Magnolia fashion the theme was blush & bashful - minus the armadillo!

One of my favorite moments from wedding day - the first look. There's just something about that moment when a groom sees his bride for the first time.

Ryan cannot take his eyes off of his gorgeous bride - oh be still my heart!

Sara made for one stunning bride!

How adorable was their ring bearer?! Pink bow tie & all!

...and they lived happily ever Allen!

The Taylors | June 11th, 2016

Hannah & Kyle were wed on Saturday, June 11th, 2016 at the Citronelle Community Center.

And let me just say, despite the little rain shower moments before the ceremony, their wedding was absolutely perfect. Hannah chose to go simple considering the outdoor venue & sprinkled touches of purple here & there. Kyle & his men looked oh so handsome in their navy suits.

Here are a few of my favorites from the day!

Her girls were flawless & hilarious.

Can we just take a moment to take in the gorgeous venue & her dress?!
